The incident, involving a 6-year-old girl, has led to the activation of the school bullying protocol by the Territorial Delegation of Educational Development and Vocational Training of Málaga. According to the minor's father, she showed marks on her neck and arms, suggesting she had been grabbed.
The educational center has initiated its own actions to clarify the facts, although it noted that there were no prior indications of bullying or communications from the family regarding the matter. Currently, the Inspection Service of the Junta de Andalucía is gathering information to determine the exact circumstances of the event.
The student's father reported discovering his daughter's injuries last Tuesday when picking her up from school. Upon seeking explanations, he found that neither the teacher nor the tutor were aware of what had happened, only knowing that the incident occurred during Physical Education class.
Subsequently, the father received a call from one of the parents of the minors involved, who acknowledged the events and apologized, which were accepted. The girl's family has expressed their discomfort not with the perpetrators of the aggression, but with the perceived lack of student supervision at that moment, highlighting that their daughter was left alone and crying in class.
“"A game that got out of hand."
The student's classmates have acknowledged the aggression, attributing it to a "game that got out of hand." The father insists on the importance of teacher vigilance to prevent such situations. The minor returned to school on Thursday, where her classmates apologized and gave her a drawing, in an attempt to resolve the situation amicably. The family has a meeting scheduled with the school for next Monday, the 27th.
