The president of the PP-A and candidate for re-election, Juanma Moreno, has refuted privatization accusations and warned against the opposition's fiscal policies, highlighting increased healthcare budgets and the largest public health employment offer in Andalusia's history.

During the closing of the Andalusian PP Intermunicipal meeting in Córdoba, the PP-A leader dismissed criticisms of privatization as a "hoax" and championed the increased healthcare budget, along with the largest public health employment offer in the region's history. He also cautioned that the secretary general of the PSOE-A, María Jesús Montero, intends to "fry Andalusians with taxes" if she becomes president.
The candidate emphasized the "seven tax cuts" implemented by the Junta Government, which have positioned Andalusia as the second most fiscally competitive autonomous community in Spain, according to the Tax Foundation. He particularly highlighted the 99% bonus on inheritance and donation taxes in 2019, noting that the opposition might reverse this measure.

"Let us all know that whoever fries us with taxes and has fried us with taxes in the State comes with charged batteries to fry us all again in Andalusia."

Regarding public services, the president asserted that "no one has done or does more for public services" than his party in Andalusia, accusing the opposition of trying to create a "false debate" between public and private sectors. He criticized the Central Government's lack of investment in infrastructure such as roads, highways, and hydraulic works in the region, as well as the state of railway transport in Andalusia, mentioning the "railway isolation" in Jaén and the temporary suspension of the high-speed connection between Madrid and Málaga.
Concerning healthcare, he acknowledged that "there is room for improvement" and that his government is working towards it, but defended the increased healthcare budget, which has risen from less than 9 billion euros in January 2019 to 16.2 billion currently. He rejected privatization accusations and called for "respect" for healthcare professionals, emphasizing that his government "never" lies or conceals data regarding waiting lists.
