The Picasso Birthplace Museum has launched the celebration of the 39th edition of 'Picasso October', an event commemorating the birth of the Malaga-born artist on October 25, 1881. The program is designed to engage diverse audiences with activities focused on the painter's life and work.
Initiatives include family-oriented and educational proposals, guided tours, literary presentations, and musical events. The program will commence on October 25 with an open house and will extend through December.
A significant new development this year is the public opening of the museum's branch in Round Rock, Texas. This international expansion is part of the institutional agreement signed between the U.S. city and the Málaga City Council last July.
The cultural program will conclude with an artistic action titled ‘Cubist Outbreak’ by artist Alessandra García.
