With final exams for Degrees, Master's programs, and university entrance tests approaching, the Municipal Library Network of Almería has enhanced its services to provide study spaces. From May 25th to June 28th, the 24/7 study rooms at the José María Artero Central Library will remain open around the clock.
These rooms, located on the first and second floors, have independent access from Santos Zárate street. In addition to the continuously open rooms, the library's other facilities continue to operate during their regular hours, with several rooms on the first floor also designated for study, increasing overall capacity.
According to Diego Cruz, the delegate councilor for Culture, Education, and Traditions, the 24/7 area offers 127 study spots, supplemented by 39 spots in the Group Work Room, totaling 166 places. During regular library hours, an additional 56 spots bring the total provision to 222 study places.
The library's usual activities, including lending services, reading rooms, and monthly cultural programming, proceed as normal. Diego Cruz acknowledged the dedication of the Municipal Library Network staff, who are available to assist users throughout the year.
We wish all the best to those preparing for their exams and are confident that the effort made throughout the course and the hours of study in our facilities will yield the best results.
