Titled «The American Conquest of Hispanic Territory: From Jefferson to Bad Bunny via Geronimo the Indian», Roca Barea's presentation delved into how Hispanic heritage has shaped the cultural and political landscape of the North American nation.
The delegate councilor for Culture and Historical Heritage, Mariana Pineda, attended the event, which was introduced by Daniel Ureña, president of The Hispanic Council. This conference series is a joint cultural initiative by The Hispanic Council, the Málaga City Council, the Provincial Council, and the Junta de Andalucía.
The six-session program will continue on April 16 at 6:30 PM at the Centro Cultural La Malagueta, featuring a meeting with Admiral Juan Rodríguez Garat.
