The selection process will focus on evaluating candidates' academic training and professional experience. The aim is to fill a job position for performing tasks typical of a sports monitor, with a duration dependent on municipal needs, which may be modified due to unforeseen circumstances.
Requirements to participate include being over 18 years of age, possessing the relevant accreditation, not suffering from illnesses that prevent job performance, not being subject to disciplinary proceedings, and presenting a Certificate of sexual offenses.
Regarding training, qualifications such as a Degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences (CAFYD), Higher Technician in Physical Conditioning (TSAF) or TSEAS, Sports Technician, SEPE Professional Certificates, and diplomas from sports-related courses will be valued.
Work experience will be scored up to a maximum of 2.0 points for each month worked as a Sports Monitor, duly accredited. The merit-based competition phase will be complemented by a personal interview, which can award a maximum of 5 points, to assess candidates' aptitudes.
Applications, along with the required documentation (DNI, merits, work history, CV, job application, and SAE registration), must be submitted at the Registry of the Dos Torres Town Hall or via electronic registry, from September 7th to September 16th, until 2:00 PM.
The list of admitted candidates and the interview date will be published after applications are collected. A period of two business days will be allowed for claims, and two days after the interviews to publish the list of awardees. Subsequently, there will be ten days for allegations before the list becomes final.
The selection committee will consist of a President, a Secretary, and a member, all with voting rights, with positions held by Town Hall staff and the Town Clerk. Relevant regulations regarding abstention and recusal will be applied.
