The neighborhood of Las Cuartillas, in Mojácar, is preparing to host its patron saint festivities in honor of San Antonio. The celebrations will take place on Friday, July 3rd, and Saturday, July 4th, within the neighborhood itself.
The festivities will kick off with a performance by Conchi López and her dance academy around 10:00 PM on Friday. Following this, at 11:00 PM, the Orquesta Grupo Caramelo will perform.
Saturday will be the main day, starting at 1:00 PM with the Midday Fair, offering food and drinks. At 2:30 PM, paella will be served to attendees. The central religious event, the Holy Mass in honor of the patron saint, will be held at 6:30 PM.
The evening program continues at 10:30 PM with a performance by AYWA DANCE LYB and a popular festival with the Orquesta El Origen. The festivities will conclude with a set by DJ ANIMADOR NONO, providing music for all audiences, with a focus on the younger crowd.
The Midday Fair will feature typical regional dishes, as well as pastries and ice cream. For the younger attendees, there will be attractions and three hours of free inflatable castle fun in the evening.
These patron saint festivities have been jointly organized by the Mojácar City Council and the Cuartillas Festival Commission, aiming to offer a wide range of activities for the enjoyment of residents and visitors alike.
