The local administration of Carboneras continues to strengthen its team with the arrival of essential technical profiles. The swearing-in of the new General Administration Technician (TAG) and the municipal general secretary took place this week, in an act that underscores the council's commitment to professionalizing its staff.
The new secretary, who took office on March 20, brings experience from other Andalusian municipalities. Her role is crucial for local administration, being responsible for the public faith of municipal acts and mandatory legal advice. Meanwhile, the position of General Administration Technician has been filled permanently for the first time, a role considered fundamental for proper administrative functioning.
The incorporation of these professionals aims to optimize the large number of administrative processes managed by the city council, with special emphasis on the legal process related to the El Algarrobico hotel. This reinforcement is part of the government team's strategy to improve management and services for residents.
“"Having qualified personnel is fundamental in public administrations. Only then can we effectively respond to our obligations and provide the quality service that the citizens of Carboneras deserve."
The council has expressed its intention to continue investing in human resources across various municipal areas, in order to ensure a solid and efficient organizational structure that benefits all citizens of Carboneras.
