This decision follows the recommendations of technicians from the Provincial Fire Consortium, who continue to work in the area alongside other emergency services. The complexity of the intervention is due to the accumulation of materials inside the affected facilities, which has necessitated reinforced coordination among various administrations and security forces.
The City Council has urged maximum caution for business owners, workers, and customers accessing the area near the fire. They are asked to exercise extreme care and follow the instructions of the Local Police and National Police, who are deployed to ensure safety and regulate access to the industrial complex.
As part of the measures implemented, a provisional access lane has been enabled since Monday morning. This allows entry to warehouses not directly or indirectly affected by the fire, aiming to balance essential activity with personal safety, and has been carried out with the collaboration of a local resident.
Municipal authorities have emphasized the importance of maintaining coordination among all involved services for as long as control, cooling, and extinguishing efforts continue. The absolute priority is the safety of individuals and the complete stabilization of the affected area before the industrial park can return to normal.
“"Any unauthorized access or behavior that interferes with emergency operations can pose an added risk to both personnel and the facilities themselves."
Therefore, a call for responsibility and citizen cooperation is made for the entire duration of the emergency situation.
