The decision, made during an extraordinary session, will allow the publication of the tender specifications on the State Contracting Platform in the coming days. From that moment, interested companies will have 30 days to submit their bids, after which the service will be awarded.

The contract, with an anticipated duration of 10 years, includes a total of 3,583 regulated parking spaces. The estimated value of the contract amounts to 12,526,405.40 euros, with a minimum annual fee set at 198,747.54 euros.

One of the key features of the tender is the provision of free service for residents registered in Rincón de la Victoria. To benefit from this measure, residents must be up-to-date with their municipal tax payments and have their vehicle registered in the municipality.

This approval follows the definitive ratification of the regulatory ordinance for the non-tax public patrimonial service for vehicle parking, which was approved on March 26. This ordinance established the basis for time-limited parking on municipal public roads, serving as a mandatory prerequisite for the current tender.
