“"It has been a year of great learning for me, as I've experienced good times and also not-so-good ones. I want to thank the board, coaching staff, club personnel, and especially my teammates. We have formed a true family from which I take real friends, and I believe this has been the key to everything. I want to thank all the fans for their support throughout the year, and those people who have made everything easier for me, Nito and Mari Paz, you are part of my family. They say you enter Jaén crying and leave crying, but a piece of me will always remain here. I am sure our paths will cross again, and Real Jaén will return to where it deserves to be. Wherever I go, you will have one more 'lagarto'. Hala Jaen!"

Real Jaén CF has confirmed the departure of several key players after the conclusion of their contracts and loan spells, including Alberto Bernardo, Nacho Vizcaíno, Breñé, and Connor.
Midfielder Alberto Bernardo will not continue with Real Jaén CF next season. The club thanked the player for his work and professionalism, acknowledging his personality and character during difficult moments of the campaign. Bernardo played 1,085 minutes in 37 matches, scoring three goals, including a decisive one against UCAM Murcia.
Nacho Vizcaíno also bids farewell after completing his one-season loan spell from Cádiz CF. At just 20 years old, the player was important at various stages of the season, accumulating 1,350 minutes in 29 appearances. The club wishes him a promising future due to his youth and quality.
Forward Breñé ends his tenure with the white club after playing 389 minutes in 18 matches and scoring two crucial goals. One of them secured victory against Yeclano Deportivo, and the other, scored in Vitoria against Alavés in the promotion play-off semi-finals, was vital in forcing extra time and the subsequent qualification for the final tie.
Finally, Connor joins the list of departures. The left-back arrived in September to fill the roster spot of the long-term injured Fer Cortijo, but his participation was limited by competition from David Serrano. Connor thus becomes the second confirmed exit from the squad for the upcoming season in Primera Federación.
