During his tour through towns such as Baeza, Linares, Bailén, and La Carolina, the national leader outlined a series of historical demands for the province. Among his promises, he highlighted the need to end the railway isolation, complete pending hydraulic works, and provide a definitive boost to the A-32 and A-81 highways.

The main event in Bailén served to vindicate the management model applied in Andalusia, describing it as an example of stability and growth. The popular leader urged citizen mobilization ahead of the May 17 election, warning about the importance of every vote to avoid institutional deadlock.

Regarding financing, the PP representative pledged to guarantee equal services and opportunities for the province's citizens compared to other territorial models. He also used his speech to criticize the central Government's management and the socialist candidacy's stance on key issues such as public healthcare.
