The event, which combined strength and endurance exercises in an urban circuit, was attended by Mayor Julio Millán and Sports Councillor Beatriz López. The competition was designed to be accessible to all levels, from experienced athletes to enthusiasts.
Participants had the opportunity to compete individually, in pairs, or in teams of three, tackling a total of eight workouts or training routines strategically distributed along Catalina Mir Real Street. These challenges were interspersed with running sections through the Bulevar Park, creating a dynamic and demanding course.
The “Jaén Hybrid Pulse Challenge” not only stood out for its innovative nature but also for its strong social and accessible approach. The organization, led by Oda Eventos and the Municipal Sports Board, successfully attracted athletes from all Andalusian provinces, as well as from other autonomous communities such as Catalonia, Castilla-La Mancha, and the Basque Country.
In total, the event gathered nearly a thousand people in the capital, solidifying Jaén's position as a venue for emerging sports disciplines and reinforcing its commitment to sports as a driver of social and tourist revitalization.
