The party has intensified its meetings and working sessions in anticipation of the upcoming electoral scenario, characterized by the forecast of no absolute majorities. JM+ emphasizes the urgent need for the province of Jaén to have its own strong voice in the Andalusian Parliament to correct territorial disparities.
The party criticizes what it considers a "dereliction of duty" by the PSOE and PP governments over the past 40 years, arguing that Jaén has lagged in key indicators such as healthcare, employment, and public investment. They highlight that the province remains at the bottom in terms of doctors per inhabitant and infrastructure investment, which, in their view, demonstrates a lack of structural attention.
We want to fight for the dignity of Jaén and guarantee the same opportunities as the rest of Andalusia.
For these elections, JM+ has structured its operations with Luis García Millán as the candidate for the Andalusian Parliament. The campaign team is coordinated by José María Mesbailer, while Juanma Camacho leads the political program and representation before the Electoral Board. The organization also includes Bartolomé Cruz as head of provincial strategy and Manuel Barrionuevo as territorial coordinator, supported by a technical and legal team. Additionally, they have deployed a network of representatives in the various regions and municipalities of the province to strengthen their presence on the ground.
Jaén Merece Más aspires to obtain parliamentary representation that could be decisive in forming the next government. Their intention is to use this potential seat as a "lever" to demand investments and services they believe are pending for the province. The candidate, Luis García Millán, has emphasized the urgency of stopping the loss of young population due to lack of opportunities, assuring that the party will not be a "symbolic representation" but an active player in political negotiation. The full list of candidates will be presented in the coming days, aiming to integrate representative profiles from across the province and its main social sectors.
