The city of Jaén recently hosted another installment of its Popular Health Race, which, in its twenty-eighth staging, drew a large crowd of nearly 2,000 participants. This event, which combines competitive spirit with health awareness, also featured its fourth Inclusive Walk, reinforcing its dedication to making sports accessible to everyone.
Catalina García, the regional minister of Sustainability and Environment for the Junta de Andalucía, attended the event and highlighted this year's chosen motto: «The best prize, your health». The minister emphasized that this phrase encapsulates the essence of a race whose primary goal is not the stopwatch, but rather to foster healthy living habits and encourage citizens to incorporate physical exercise into their daily routines.
