The Guadalquivir Valley region is under an orange alert, with forecasts indicating temperatures could reach 42 degrees between 1:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
Meanwhile, the Cazorla and Segura regions remain under a yellow alert, where maximum temperatures are expected to range between 38 and 39 degrees throughout the day.
The alert status extends across other parts of Andalucía. The provinces of Córdoba, Huelva, and Sevilla have also activated orange alerts with expected highs of 42 degrees. Cádiz and Granada remain at a yellow level, with the Cádiz coastline also facing risks from strong easterly winds reaching up to 80 km/h.
