The incident was reported to the 112 Andalucía Emergency Service around 7:20 PM by a witness who observed flames on the roof of a house. The exact location of the fire is near the Circunvalación road.
Upon receiving the call, 112 immediately coordinated the deployment of personnel from the Jaén Fire Department, the Local Police, the National Police, and medical services. At the time of the report, the witness could not confirm if there were people inside the affected residence.
As of now, it is unknown if anyone has been affected by the fire. Emergency teams are still on site, working to control and extinguish the flames, assess the situation, and determine the cause of the blaze.
