The play showcased the adventures and coincidences of two women sharing the same name, Bárbara, who seemingly faced similar destinies. The performance guided the audience through a unique scenic journey, crafted from a mosaic of scenes blending the everyday with the absurd, with the two Barbaras serving as the central thread in a web of chance encounters.
Turlitava Teatro's production featured a blend of styles, moving from poetic to cabaret, and from classical to folk. This mix of languages and registers generated situations filled with humor, absurdity, and imagination, exploring the concept of coincidence as a narrative driver and posing the fundamental question to the audience: is it all mere chance?
