The provincialist party's representative has expressed his ambition for Jaén Merece Más not only to secure a seat in the Andalusian Parliament but also to be part of a future Junta de Andalucía government. This participation, according to the candidate, is crucial to guarantee that regional budgets do not discriminate against Jaén and that funds are not diverted to other provinces such as Seville or Málaga.
“"The only way to control that budgets do not discriminate against Jaén, that we are not left last, that money does not go to Seville or Málaga, is to be part of that government, of course."
Drawing from his experience as a councilor in the Jaén City Council, the candidate advocates for the importance of being involved in the development processes of projects and decisions. He highlighted the management carried out at IMFE, which has attracted 12 million euros in employment plans for the city, an unprecedented figure. This success, he states, demonstrates the party's management capacity and its commitment to transforming the province.
In response to criticism regarding participation in municipal governments, the candidate argued that the comfort of opposition does not allow for building projects or influencing daily decisions. He emphasized that the goal is to change things from within, negotiating with other parties and demanding compliance with agreements for the benefit of Jaén.
Regarding electoral campaign funding, the party operates with a budget of 11,000 euros, a modest sum compared to traditional parties. The strategy focuses on intensive use of social media to reach every household in the province, convincing voters of the need for a strong voice in Seville to defend Jaén's interests.
“"If we manage to reach every home in the province, we will succeed. Whoever listens to the discourse of Jaén Merece Más, is convinced."
