This gastronomic gathering, which already had a first session in July, transforms the Plaza de España into a hub for lovers of land and sea flavors. Starting at 8:00 PM, the space will come alive to offer a culinary experience combining the richness of the dehesa with the bounty of the Atlantic.
The fair highlights Huelva's uniqueness as a territory uniting two exceptional larders. Visitors can savor the deep flavor of Iberian ham, alongside a varied selection of seafood, with special mention to the prized white shrimp from the Ayamonte coast.
The celebration, now in its eighteenth edition, is consolidated as a key event in the municipality's summer calendar. The organization is led by the Hermandad Sacramental del Mayor Dolor de Ayamonte, with the collaboration of the Asociación de Armadores de Punta del Moral, the Ayamonte City Council, and Flor de la Canela.
Ayamonte's strategic location, near the Portuguese border and major coastal destinations, attracts numerous visitors during the summer, who find in this fair another reason to discover the area's gastronomic identity.
