The incident, which occurred in Granada's North District, involved breaking the glass entrance of a residential block to gain access. Once inside, the assailants took 22 new sliding windows, according to police reports.
The investigation, launched after a complaint from the 43-year-old president of the neighborhood community, revealed that the robbery took place in the early hours of the morning. The complainant estimated the value of the stolen items at over 4,000 euros.
The Provincial Judicial Police Brigade, utilizing technical and audiovisual resources, successfully identified the two individuals involved in the incident. A search and arrest warrant was issued for both.
Days later, agents from the same unit identified and arrested one of the suspects on the street, also in the North District. The arrested individual, a 40-year-old male with previous police records for similar offenses, has been handed over to judicial authorities. The National Police continue their efforts to locate and apprehend his accomplice, who has also been fully identified by the investigative team.
