This volume covered the period from 3:00 PM on Good Friday, March 27, until 12:00 AM on Easter Monday.
Healthcare assistance, with 1,478 cases, and actions related to citizen security, totaling 460, were the main triggers for activating the service. Other notable reasons included traffic incidents (260), situations linked to animal welfare (164), traffic accidents (145), and fires (139). To a lesser extent, rescues and salvages (72), social service requests (37), and basic service anomalies (24) were also coordinated.
The busiest day for the 112 in Granada was Easter Sunday, with 357 calls, closely followed by Maundy Thursday, which registered 338. The emergencies managed in Granada accounted for 12.35% of the total in Andalusia, which reached 23,924.
Territorially, Granada ranked as the fourth province with the highest volume of emergencies, surpassed by Seville (5,745), Málaga (5,209), and Cádiz (3,100). Following Granada were Almería (1,997), Córdoba (1,791), Jaén (1,579), and Huelva (1,548). Regarding provincial capitals, the city of Granada held the third position with 900 calls, behind Seville (2,670) and Málaga (1,862).
The peak activity hour was recorded between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM on Saturday, April 4, with 174 incidents coordinated, followed by Palm Sunday between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with an average of 170 calls.
