Following a disappointing match against Albacete at the Carlos Belmonte, the Granada team's coach expressed his difficulty in explaining the performance of his players. He highlighted that, after 25 games of competitive play, the team failed to maintain focus or ball activity.

The coach admitted not having detected any signs of complacency in the squad beforehand, making the result even more surprising. Despite having an opportunity to get back into the game with a goal, the team failed to capitalize, making self-inflicted errors and losing possession of the ball on numerous occasions.
The coach also emphasized the league standing, noting that the team has "eased off" after finding themselves in a more comfortable position, away from the relegation zone. However, he warned that security is not guaranteed and that it is essential to achieve two more victories to ensure their continued presence in the category.
