Following the earthquakes that have affected the provincial capital of Granada, an exhaustive inspection has been carried out in 38 educational centers to ensure all facilities are in optimal condition for the start of the school year. Fortunately, none of the schools present significant structural damage.
Currently, work is focused on repairing minor damages, such as fixing cracked walls, replacing damaged false ceilings, or changing affected doors. These tasks aim to ensure that the return to classrooms occurs with the utmost normalcy.
The city's mayor has announced the allocation of a budget exceeding half a million euros dedicated to these repairs and to ensuring the safety of the educational premises.
