A 40-year-old man has been transferred to the Infanta Elena Hospital in Huelva after being located early this Friday on the shoulder of the A-49 highway, at kilometer 58 heading towards Seville, near the exit for Niebla.
The 112 Andalucía Emergency service confirmed that several drivers alerted around 07:30 about the presence of a person lying by the highway. Witnesses described the man as being on the ground and "moving one of his arms, making stop signals to try to attract the attention of passing vehicles".

Among those who alerted were members of the entourage of bullfighter David de Miranda, who reported that the man had "zip ties on his hands".

Health personnel were dispatched to the scene, initially attended to the injured man, and transferred him to the health center in Bonares. Subsequently, due to his condition, he was moved to the Infanta Elena Hospital in the capital of Huelva.
At present, no further details have been released regarding the man's condition or the circumstances under which he was found by the highway, as investigations continue to clarify what happened.
