The Exhibition and Congress Center in Ayamonte will be the venue this Friday and Saturday for 'Huelva es Sabor', an event aiming to bring the province's gastronomy closer to residents and visitors. The initiative, promoted by Javier Saavedra, focuses on proximity cooking, zero-kilometer products, and the richness of Huelva's gastronomy.
The event is consolidating itself as a key date for promoting provincial gastronomy and disseminating a culinary model committed to sustainability and the use of local resources. A major novelty this year is the opening to the general public, who will have the opportunity to discover the culinary proposals of participating chefs and enjoy the quality and diversity of products from the province of Huelva.
Holding 'Huelva es Sabor' in Ayamonte also projects the town as a venue for initiatives linked to gastronomy and tourism, highlighting the importance of cuisine as an expression of cultural identity and local heritage. Sustainable gastronomy takes center stage as a way to recognize the value of local producers and promote the consumption of local products.
With this second edition, 'Huelva es Sabor' invites attendees to enjoy a gastronomic experience that connects tradition and innovation, placing local produce at the heart of the provincial culinary offering.
