Mayor Carmen Álvarez presented the poster for this fair, which will begin at 9:00 PM. The event is supported by various organizing entities, including the Association of Women of Bonanza ‘Ager Veneriensis’, the Frusana cooperative, the Virgen del Rocío cooperative, and Mercado Montilla.
The Ager Veneriensis association will offer a tasting of 15 Sanlúcar recipes, prepared from a new digital cookbook featuring 30 recipes accessible via QR code.
Carmen Álvarez highlighted the significance of the ‘Las Arenas Finas’ brand in valuing the horticultural products and the unique ‘navazos’ of the region, emphasizing the richness of the lands near the Guadalquivir River. She underscored the recognition given to the efforts of farmers, especially after the difficulties faced earlier in the year due to storms.
The mayor thanked the organizing entities for keeping the initiative alive and reaffirmed the City Council's support for the agricultural sector, its workers, and its products. She encouraged residents and visitors to enjoy this fair, which will transform the center of Sanlúcar into a showcase of local agricultural quality and diversity.
