The NGO's Employment area has scheduled these training actions within the projects ‘Bridges for Equality in Employment Plus’ for women and ‘GO Accelerators’ for youth beneficiaries of Youth Guarantee. Both programs are co-financed by the European Social Fund.
The training aims to enhance employability through theory and practice in sectors with local labor demand. For young people, the Commerce and Warehouse course has already begun, and there are still open spots for the Sports Center Monitor course, which is 100 hours of in-person instruction and will start in November.
Regarding unemployed women, it is still possible to enroll in an Office Automation and Administrative Management course (150 online hours) and another for Reception and Customer Service Assistant (100 in-person hours), the latter offering the possibility of internships in companies.
