The incident occurred in the early hours of March 22, when the victim was at the bus stop in La Herradura, waiting to return home after enjoying the local celebrations.
At that moment, the victim initiated a conversation with three young people present at the location. This interaction quickly escalated into an argument and subsequently into a physical assault by the involved parties, who caused various injuries requiring medical attention for the victim.
Upon learning of the events, the Civil Guard launched a thorough investigation to clarify the facts. The efforts, carried out by agents from the Investigation Area of the Almuñécar Civil Guard, included taking statements from several witnesses, which allowed for the identification of two of the alleged assailants.
Although it was initially suspected that more people might have been involved, inquiries have confirmed that three individuals were directly implicated in the assault. The investigation remains open with the objective of identifying and locating the third person involved in the incident.
