The bid presented by the Torremolinos City Council was selected during the SCB's annual assembly, held this year in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. At this meeting, various issues aimed at improving the network's operation in the coming months were approved.

Among the topics discussed was the SCB's presence at key international MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sector events to enhance its visibility in strategic markets, as well as its participation in international promotion days.

Furthermore, the budgets and the action plan for the current year were approved. Participation in various trade fairs and training activities before the end of the year remains pending execution.

Another point of interest was the Experiences Project, which includes the MICE Sustainability and Legacy Plan, a digital tool for measuring event impact, a tourism intelligence system, and various communication and dissemination actions.
