This can be done through the Virtual Office of the provincial Tax Collection Board of Malaga (ovt.prpmalaga.es), by calling taxpayer assistance lines 951 957 000 or 951 957 497, or in person at the Tax Collection Board office in Torremolinos, located at calle Cruz, 35.
Furthermore, the voluntary payment period for the domestic waste fee runs from September 16th to November 31st. For this process, requesting a new payment slip is not necessary.
Those liable for payment can do so during this voluntary period without any surcharges through various methods. These include payment by card at ovt.prpmalaga.es, scanning the QR code on the payment slip with a mobile device, or in person at various bank branches such as BBVA, Banco Sabadell, Banco Santander, Caixabank, Caja Rural de Granada, Cajamar, Kutxabank, Abanca, and Unicaja Banco, by presenting the payment document. Payment can also be made by card terminal at the Tax Collection Board office in Torremolinos.
