The plan covers all streets, roads, squares, pavements, medians, sidewalks, and fountains in the municipality, including a specific lot for the maintenance of the Coastal Path. Urgent interventions will have a maximum response time of 24 hours, with the possibility of reducing this period.
The contract, which has now been put out to tender with a deadline for bids on August 12th, will initially run until December 31st, 2028, with the option for two annual extensions until the end of 2030. Each annual period has a budget of 1,217,899.99 euros (VAT included), with the first year's budget adjusted based on the contract signing date.
Conservation works will encompass municipal squares, streets, pavements, urban foundations, and infrastructure, as well as the maintenance and improvement of sidewalks, inspection chambers, ditches, medians, plots, enclosures, and fencing. Repairs for public road damage, removal of urban barriers, comprehensive maintenance of the Coastal Path, and optimization of road and facility safety and quality will also be addressed.
The tender requires a minimum of thirteen professionals, including technicians and operational staff, in addition to a specific team for the Coastal Path. The awarded company must provide at least two light vehicles and a tipper truck, along with various machinery such as portable concrete mixers, pavement cutters, and jackhammers.
For the Coastal Path service, an additional light vehicle and specific tools like cordless drills, sanders, and circular saws will be required. Bidders' commitment to reducing response times for urgent incidents will be positively evaluated, given their direct impact on citizen safety and the prevention of the Council's patrimonial liability.
Priority interventions must commence within a maximum of three business days, while ordinary tasks will have a deadline of five business days.
