Residents and visitors will be able to use this transport network, which will feature a fleet of ten buses. These vehicles will depart from Osunillas, La Cala, Las Lagunas, and the town's quarry, where park-and-ride areas will be set up.
The Councilor for Mobility, Marco Cortés, detailed that the service will be based at the Plaza de la Fuente de la Seda. Every hour on the hour, a bus will depart from each of the aforementioned areas towards the town center.
The service will begin on September 7 at 18:00 from Osunillas (football field stop) and at 19:00 from La Cala (fairgrounds) and Las Lagunas (María Zambrano avenue, near the fairgrounds).
On September 8, 9, and 10, connections to the town from La Cala and Las Lagunas will start at 17:00. On September 11 and 12 (Friday and Saturday), the schedule will advance to 15:00. For Osunillas, the service will begin at 17:00 daily between the 8th and the 12th. The shuttle from the quarry will operate daily from the 7th to the 12th, between 10:00 and 04:30.
The last departures from the town to all destinations (La Cala, Las Lagunas, Osunillas, and the quarry) will be at 05:00.
Additionally, the Consorcio de Transportes del Área Metropolitana de Málaga will reinforce the M-122 Fuengirola-Mijas route with extraordinary night services. Seven complete extra services will run from Fuengirola until 02:00 and from Mijas Pueblo until 02:30.
