The councilors responsible for the areas of Beautification, Parks and Gardens, and Infrastructure and Works, Pilar Zúñiga and Marcos Ruiz, along with the area director, Alejandro Medina, visited the area to oversee pruning and cleaning tasks. Maintenance is being carried out in emblematic spaces such as the exit to the A-7, Plaza Baños Romanos, Miramar, and the church surroundings.
Additionally, new planters with various plant species are being installed to improve the area's aesthetics. Soon, a photographic corner will be set up next to the bridge leading to the Malibú beach bar, and artistic murals will be incorporated.
The bridge will be restored and painted, as will the railings of the Castillo monument's ramp, which have already been replaced. In parallel, work is progressing on the installation of awnings to create shaded areas.
