The council has reached an agreement with the Directorate of Roads, which has carried out the installation of the first phase of the project. This initial phase covers the stretch from the Puerto de la Duquesa to Sabinillas. The maintenance of this new lighting will be the responsibility of the Manilva City Council itself.
It is expected that the final installation will be completed within approximately twenty days. This second part will illuminate the remaining section, from Los Granados to the aforementioned Puerto de la Duquesa, thus ensuring visibility along the entire road.
Municipal representatives, including Mayor Mario Jiménez, the Councilor for Infrastructure and Works, Marcos Ruiz, and council members Juan Carlos Morejón and Agustín Vargas, along with council technicians, were present to oversee the resumption of this essential service for the citizens.
