The objective of this initiative is to achieve total accessibility in each of the municipal departments. The infographics are designed to assist people with functional diversity, groups who do not speak the local language, or who have reading difficulties.
Using the universal Arasaac system, these pictograms simply explain the function of each space, thereby facilitating orientation and the use of facilities by all citizens.
The House of Culture in Manilva was the first building to implement these measures. This center, which hosts the Unified Workshops among other services, will serve as a starting point for expanding the plan to other municipal buildings, as explained by councilwoman Laura Salazar.
