The provincial president of the PP of Malaga, Patricia Navarro, unveiled this initiative at the IX Congress of the PP of Mijas, where Ana Mata was elected as the new local president. Navarro stressed that the campaign will focus on "proposals to continue improving Andalusia and Malaga," contrasting it with what she described as "hatred, mud, and tension."
“"Against hatred, mud, and tension, from the PP we will focus on what is important, which is to present our proposals to continue improving Andalusia and Malaga."
Accompanying Navarro, the national deputy secretary for Regional, Local Coordination and Electoral Analysis of the PP, Elías Bendodo, highlighted the ability of popular mayors to "faithfully identify, to the millimeter, with the society around them," managing the interests of their constituents. Navarro added that these councilors are "mirrors where citizens recognize those managers of their towns and cities."
Both leaders praised the work of Juanma Moreno, whom Navarro called "the best president Andalusia has ever had." His commitment to the community's progress was underscored, including tax reductions, simplification of bureaucratic procedures, and positioning Andalusia as a fiscally competitive region, attracting investment and enhancing public services, particularly the healthcare system.
“"Juanma Moreno is, without a doubt, the best president Andalusia has ever had."
Bendodo also emphasized the Popular Party's leadership in the province, governing in 47 municipalities and representing the majority of Malaga residents. He criticized the PSOE, describing it as a "personal project of Sánchez" and lamented that the socialists "neither win nor manage," while Sánchez "only resists."
