A hospitality business in Marbella has been the target of a series of robberies in a short period. In just ten days, the establishment suffered four assaults carried out by different individuals using various modus operandi, including forced entry and scaling.

The swift action of the Citizen Assistance Group (GAC) and the establishment's alarm system were crucial in clarifying the events, according to the provincial police headquarters. The stolen items, most of which were recovered, consisted mainly of beverages and other hospitality-related goods.

The investigation, handled by the robbery unit of the Marbella Local Police Station, covered four incidents. Two of the robberies occurred on the same day. In one of the initial assaults, upon receiving an alarm notification, officers proceeded to the location and observed an individual attempting to flee with items from the premises, which the owner identified as his property. This person was arrested as the alleged perpetrator.

A few hours later, the alarm was triggered again, and surveillance cameras captured two men inside the establishment. Officers confirmed that the access had been forced and that a television and over thirty cans of beer had been stolen.

Another incident occurred via scaling, accessing through a wall approximately two meters high to the terrace, causing damage to an awning. On this occasion, the perpetrators stole 48 cans of beer and 88 bottles of oil. A technical police inspection of the scene allowed for the identification of one of the individuals involved, leading to his arrest.

The latest incident related to this wave of robberies resulted in the arrest of two individuals in the vicinity of the premises, carrying some of the stolen goods. Following the alarm notification, police units identified and apprehended the alleged perpetrators, recovering 85 cans of soft drinks and a case of 12 bottles of wine.
