According to the political group, the electoral body has ruled that publications disseminated by the Popular Party of Córdoba and by a delegate of the Junta Government infringe the Organic Law of the General Electoral Regime. These actions were considered a campaign of achievements during the electoral period, which, according to the resolution, “breaks the principles of neutrality, objectivity, and equality among political forces”.
“"This resolution confirms the Popular Party's attempt to use the opening of the third emergency point at the Levante Sur health center as an electoral propaganda tool."
The coalition has pointed out that these practices “evidence a strategy based on political marketing, in which the Andalusian Government tries to sell supposed advances while deliberately concealing the real situation of public healthcare”.
The resolution highlights the “special relevance” of the message disseminated on the social media of the Popular Party of Córdoba, where the opening of a public service was explicitly linked to expressions of “political success” and the hashtag '#JuanmaPresidente'. This publication stated that the health center is a “project that becomes a reality to continue improving the lives of Cordobans,” which was interpreted as a direct allusion to management achievements with a clear electoralist charge.
In contrast to these self-promotion campaigns, Por Andalucía has criticized the “deterioration of the healthcare system,” with health centers experiencing “delays of between fifteen and 20 days, collapsed emergency services, endless waiting lists, and evident chaos in the management of tests and screenings”.
The coalition has reiterated its commitment to defending “public, universal, and quality healthcare,” and has warned that it “will remain vigilant against any attempt at manipulation or electoralist use of public resources”.
