Chefs Periko Ortega, from ReComiendo restaurant in Córdoba, and Samuel Naveira, from MUNA in Ponferrada, will lead a four-hand culinary evening. This unique event will bring together two Michelin Stars in one night, offering an unparalleled experience for gastronomy enthusiasts.
The gastronomic proposal arises from the confluence of two distinctive culinary styles. Periko Ortega, a key figure in contemporary Cordoban cuisine, creates emotional dishes at ReComiendo, rooted in memory, territory, and respect for Andalusian products, reinterpreted with creativity. His restaurant earned its first Michelin Star in 2025.
Meanwhile, Samuel Naveira, from MUNA in Ponferrada, offers an innovative vision that combines products from El Bierzo with influences from Japanese cuisine. His approach has been recognized with a Michelin Star, which he consistently maintains.
This four-hand dinner will therefore be a meeting between memory and avant-garde, between south and north, between reinterpreted tradition and openness to new culinary languages.
The menu, specifically designed for the occasion, will highlight the product, the region, and the personality of both chefs, in an exercise of balance and joint creativity. The experience will cost €150 per person, and reservations can be made at +34 663 20 95 63.
The evening will be complemented by a carefully selected range of wines from Bodegas Gancedo, from El Bierzo, reinforcing the exclusive nature of an event designed to delight from the first course to the last detail. With this initiative, Córdoba solidifies its position as a top-tier gastronomic destination.
