The young Rociero community of Córdoba has launched the first edition of the Charity Cart, an initiative that will travel through the city streets next Saturday, April 25, to collect food and essential products for the most vulnerable.

The event, which will begin at 11:00 AM from the Royal Church of San Pablo, aims to combine the spirit of community and Rociero joy with a charitable purpose. Participants are encouraged to wear flamenco dresses or traditional pilgrimage attire, creating a festive and supportive atmosphere.
The collected items will be entirely donated to the elderly residence of the Sisters of the Cross in Fuentes de Andalucía, a place with which the brotherhood has a special connection, as they traditionally stop there during their journey.
The route of the Charity Cart will include important streets in Córdoba such as Calle Capitulares, San Fernando, Plaza de la Corredera, Plaza de San Pedro, Puerta Nueva, Ronda de Andújar, Plaza de San Lorenzo, Plaza Cristo de Gracia, the Parque de los Teletubbies, Avenida de El Cairo, and the Barrio de Cañero.
The day will conclude at the Rociero brotherhood house, located on Calle Rubí, in the El Granadal industrial estate. There, attendees can enjoy a day of fellowship with live music, food, and drinks at popular prices, celebrating the success of this solidarity action.

"Everyone is encouraged to join this initiative by contributing their generosity and companionship."
