The meteorological warning, which became effective at 3:00 PM and will last until 11:59 PM on Saturday, covers the three main regions of Córdoba: Sierra y Pedroches, Campiña cordobesa, and Subbética. The probability of precipitation ranges between 40% and 70%.
According to Aemet's estimates, in the areas of Sierra y Pedroches and Campiña cordobesa, water accumulation could reach 15 mm per hour. Meanwhile, in the Subbética cordobesa, up to 20 mm could be recorded in one hour, and storms might be accompanied by hail.
For Sunday, the yellow alert will remain active only in the Subbética region, also due to rain and storms, from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM. Although the rest of Sunday is expected to be cloudy with some precipitation, these will not pose a significant risk.
