The Rally Andalucía - Sierra Morena - Córdoba Patrimonio de la Humanidad has renewed its agreement with WRC Promoter, ensuring its participation in the FIA European Rally Championship (FIA ERC) until at least 2030.
The continuity of the prestigious rally on the European calendar extends for an additional three years following the initial agreement, consolidating the commitment of the organization and the region to this top-tier sporting event.
The 2026 edition is poised to be an improvement over 2025, the year the event successfully debuted in the FIA ERC after a favorable pre-inspection. The rally has been acclaimed by fans, attracting both local and international followers, and serving as the season opener for the second consecutive year.
This renewal underscores WRC Promoter's confidence in the management by the Automóvil Club de Córdoba. The event's success has been boosted by the strong support from the Regional Government of Andalusia, the Provincial Council of Córdoba, and the City Council of Córdoba, along with a network of sponsors, highlighting the strength of public-private collaboration.
