The event, which began at 8:00 AM, brought together participants, families, and members of the «Pedro Bueno» Sports Fishing Club in a privileged natural setting. The initiative aims to introduce young generations to sport fishing, instilling values such as companionship, patience, and environmental care.

After the competition, awards were presented to the top finishers in the Alevín (U12), Infantil (U15), and Juvenil (U18) categories. In the Alevín category, Alejandro Ruano took first place, followed by Álvaro López Guzmán and Rafael Millán. Juan Manuel Ramírez was the winner in the Infantil category, with Beatriz Porcel and David Baeza in second and third positions respectively. Santiago Caballero won the Juvenil category, with Adirán Torres completing the podium.
The Councilor for Sports, Antonio Miguel Rubio, along with the president of the «Pedro Bueno» Sports Fishing Club, Victoriano Anguita Morales, and the secretary of the Pedro Bueno Sports Association, Ana María Centella Moyano, congratulated all participants. They emphasized the importance of promoting this sport among children and maintaining the connection with natural spaces.
The Sports Department also expressed gratitude for the collaboration of the «Pedro Bueno» Sports Fishing Club, the families, and all individuals who contributed to the successful development of the event.
