Hacemos Córdoba emphasizes that registration is a basic right and an essential tool for administrative integration. The group recalled that the Andalusian Ombudsman warned in June 2025 about the obligation to meet legal deadlines, urging the City Council to apply positive administrative silence if applications are not resolved within three months.

The initiative presented by the municipal group seeks to clarify whether the local government has implemented the recommendations from the regional body to streamline procedures.
