This four-year collaboration agreement aims to enhance students' job placement by aligning training offerings with market demands. The initiative comes as Indra has established a new office in Córdoba city, linked to the future Army Logistics Base.
The first beneficiaries will be fifty FP students from various centers in the Córdoba province, such as the Maimónides Institute. These internships are consistent with Indra's technological activities in Córdoba, which focus on radiofrequency systems and new-generation radars.

The regional minister of Educational Development and Vocational Training, María del Carmen Castillo, emphasized the importance of connecting Andalusia's Dual FP with a leading company in defense, aerospace, and advanced digital technologies. This will allow students to train in a real production environment, improving their employability and positioning them as key talent for the defense sector in the province.
The mayor of Córdoba, José María Bellido, highlighted that this agreement encourages quality employment and is part of the city's reindustrialization process, driven by the Logistics Base. Indra plans to create over 500 jobs in Andalusia in the coming years, strengthening its alliances with the University of Córdoba and the Public Employment Service to promote specialized training programs.
