The initiative, managed by the Cultural Management Department as a minor contract, has an estimated investment of 14,900 euros. This commission goes beyond a simple preliminary analysis, as it includes the complete drafting of the conservation and restoration project, as well as safety and health plans and the supervision of future works.
According to the council, the monument is in a "poor state of conservation". Therefore, it is considered essential to carry out an intervention to ensure the preservation of this significant heritage element of the city.
