Córdoba to Host Employment Forum with Over 600 Job Opportunities

The event, organized by the Córdoba Provincial Council, will bring together 33 entities and offer workshops to enhance employability.

The Córdoba Provincial Council will host the Empléate Forum on April 22 and 23, an event that will gather 33 entities and offer over 600 job opportunities, in addition to workshops and seminars to improve job search skills.

The Palacio de la Merced, headquarters of the Córdoba Provincial Council, will be the venue for this important gathering. The forum aims to establish a direct connection point between the business sector and job seekers, facilitating access to various offers and the improvement of professional skills.
Among the 33 participating entities are public bodies such as the State Public Employment Service (SEPE), the Andalusian Employment Service (SAE), Andalucía Emprende, the Córdoba Chamber of Commerce, and the Europe Direct office. Also present will be the State Security Forces and Corps, including the Armed Forces, the National Police, and the Civil Guard.
The event will feature prominent companies from various sectors, such as Adeco TT, Carrefour, Covap, Leroy Merlín, Magtel, and Silbon, among others. The job offers will cover a wide range of professional profiles, from positions requiring high qualifications, such as engineers in different specialties (agricultural, electronic, civil, and robotics) and software developers, to technical and industrial profiles such as welders, electromechanics, and production personnel.
Opportunities will also be presented in areas such as socio-health, hospitality services, gardening, logistics, commerce, as well as profiles related to training, career guidance, and administration. The forum's program includes complementary activities, with practical workshops and seminars on April 22, focused on improving employability, such as online interview techniques and job search preparation.
For April 23, two expert panels in a round table format have been scheduled. These will address key topics such as innovation, technology, and talent in building a professional future, as well as the connection between talent and innovation in the retail and food sectors. All activities will take place in the Diputación Assembly Hall.
Admission to the Empléate Forum is free, allowing interested individuals to freely access both the exhibition area and the various scheduled activities. The event is funded by the provincial institution, through Iprodeco, and is organized in collaboration with Fundecor and the University of Córdoba.
