The students from IES Francisco de los Ríos demonstrated remarkable talent and managerial skills by efficiently running a virtual company in the dairy sector. Their ability to make strategic decisions and anticipate competitors allowed them to achieve the highest profitability and position their company among the top performers.
The competition, organized by ABANCA and Praxis MMT, held its fifteenth national final in person in Madrid. Participants had to apply knowledge in key areas such as marketing, sales, production, human resources, and finance, facing real market situations like demand changes and price fluctuations.

The Young Business Talents educational program, which began in November with the participation of 11,187 young people from 406 educational centers, offers students the opportunity to manage a company in a competitive and realistic environment. Business simulators, provided free to schools, allow them to apply theory in a practical, risk-free context.
The winning teams of this edition shared over 10,000 euros in prizes, in addition to receiving diplomas that enhance their professional development. Burgos took first place, while Tarragona leads the competition's historical record.
