Conceived in 2024, the festival aims to solidify the union between musical excellence and Córdoba's architectural beauty. For one month, the city transforms into a grand stage hosting prominent local, national, and international artists.
Various emblematic venues have been selected to host the concerts, including the Real Círculo de Amistad, Sala Orive, the “Rafael Orozco” Superior Conservatory of Music, Plaza de Capuchinos, the Iglesia de la Merced, the Archaeological Museum, and the Provincial Council. These locations will serve as a backdrop to spread the love for classical music and its great composers.
The cycle's inauguration, organized by the Delegation of Culture and Historical Heritage of the Córdoba City Council, will be led by soprano Ana Beard Fernández and pianist Matthew Jorysz on April 16 at the Real Círculo de la Amistad. The program includes performances by groups such as the American String Quartet, harpsichordist Ignacio Prego, the Amsterdam Trio, the brass quintet Spanish Brass, the Coro Brouwer, pianist Noelia Rodiles, and the Camerata Gala, who, along with Miguel Colom, will close the festival on May 16.
